24 before 24

Every year, people do resolutions. Every year, I created a whole list of resolutions.  Of course, like many people.  It was never completed.  Honestly, I've felt a little different as this year came along. There is definitely a change in my oxygen tank.  But really, I'm not making goals that are no longer attainable and I will hopefully complete and finish everything!  This is my 24 before 24 list.  This is in no way concrete, I might make little changes.  I might make little additions to my list.  However, the most important thing to me is that I complete this.  My life has been bland these last few years.  I am ready to spice it up.  This exciting journey began 1/20/2011.  Let's see how it ends on 1/20/2012.



24 before 24

1.       Lose 24 pounds.

2.       Cook/bake 12 new things.
3.        Read at least 36 books [3 books per month.] THE BOOK LIST

4.       Volunteer at least 24 days out of the year with a charitable/community organization.

5.       Drink at least 6 glasses of water [8 ounces] daily.

6.       Try make up/ doing hair once a week, three days out of a month.

7.       Go to the clam chowder cook off and festival.  February 26, 2011

8.       Stay in a hostel.

9.       Be active 4 days a month
10.   Use my camera once a month and upload pictures.

11.   Learn to love running.

12.   Pay off credit cards.

13.   Finish watching 24.

14.   Start a morning ritual.

15.    Pick up a hobby that I have not mastered (i.e., sewing, knitting, gardening, etc.).

16.   Learn to ride a bike. (if successful:  start process to get a motorcycle license.)

17.   Master parking in a manual/stick-shift car.

18.   Learn a new language (or master the other one).

19.   Go skydiving.

20.   Go zip lining.

21.   Take piano lessons.

22.    Go on at least 4 roadtrips [one of which should be with TS]. ROADTRIPS SO FAR..

23.   Get my ears re-pierced. COMPLETE!
24.   Reconnect with as many people as I can in my life and make more friends
